Many years ago I began my journey through the work of the Alexander Technique. At the time I didn’t realise it would lead me somewhere much deeper than posture, movement, or physical ease.
What began as a practical method for helping people move better slowly revealed something profound.
The body is always responding to the thoughts we carry.
Later I discovered the Energy Alignment Method, and something clicked. The work deepened. It wasn’t just about how we move our body; it was about how we relate to ourselves from the inside.
That was the real shift.
Not learning something new…
