It’s a question I get asked a lot.
And the honest answer?
I’m both.
A teacher shows you how to do something differently. They offer tools, techniques, and a fresh way of seeing things—like how you move, how you breathe, how you respond to pressure.
A coach, though?
They help you remember what you already know.
They hold space while you untangle the noise, the doubts, the old stories.
They don’t fix—they reflect. And that’s where real transformation happens.
In my work, I blend both.
Because sometimes you need clear guidance.
And sometimes you just need someone to say, “What if you’re not broken? What if you’re just ready for something new?”
This is the work of returning to yourself.
Of remembering who you are—beneath the stress, the patterns, the roles you’ve been playing.
And if that resonates, maybe it’s time we had a conversation.
You don’t need fixing. Just freeing.
Let’s begin when you’re ready.
