The Energy Alignment Method (EAM) was created by Yvette Taylor, the method centres around a structured five-step self-help process together with a range of practical exercises and practitioner-led activities.
The activities taught within EAM include:

- Move (using body sway/yes-no responses)

- Body sway testing (energy calibration)
- Learning to use the body’s natural forward/backward movement to ask questions and receive yes/no responses.
- Identifying resistance
- Exploring emotional, mental or energetic blocks connected to a specific issue.
- Releasing resistance
- Guided techniques intended to let go of limiting thoughts, emotions and energetic patterns.
- Working with emotions
- Recognising and shifting emotions that may be affecting wellbeing or progress.
- Aura clearing
- Checking and “clearing” different layers of the aura, including physical, etheric, emotional, mental, astral, celestial and divine layers.
- Chakra balancing
- Assessing chakras for flow or resistance and working through the five-step process to restore perceived balance.
- Energy flow assessment
- Asking whether an area is flowing at full capacity and using the process if it is not.
- Manifestation and goal alignment
- Applying the process to personal goals, relationships, finances, career and life direction.
- Daily flow practices
- Short daily exercises intended to help participants feel calmer, lighter and more “in flow”.
- One-to-one mentoring
- Individual sessions delivered online or in person with a practitioner.

- Introductory and practitioner training workshops, delivered both online and face to face.

- Using questions to explore beliefs, fears, habits and recurring life patterns.
