The Energy Alignment Method

The Energy Alignment Method (EAM) was created by Yvette Taylor, the method centres around a structured five-step self-help process together with a range of practical exercises and practitioner-led activities.

The activities taught within EAM include:

  • The Five-Step EAM Process
    • Ask
    • Move (using body sway/yes-no responses)
    • Experience
    • Release
    • Flow
  • Body sway testing (energy calibration)
    • Learning to use the body’s natural forward/backward movement to ask questions and receive yes/no responses.
  • Identifying resistance
    • Exploring emotional, mental or energetic blocks connected to a specific issue.
  • Releasing resistance
    • Guided techniques intended to let go of limiting thoughts, emotions and energetic patterns.
  • Working with emotions
    • Recognising and shifting emotions that may be affecting wellbeing or progress.
  • Aura clearing
    • Checking and “clearing” different layers of the aura, including physical, etheric, emotional, mental, astral, celestial and divine layers.
  • Chakra balancing
    • Assessing chakras for flow or resistance and working through the five-step process to restore perceived balance.
  • Energy flow assessment
    • Asking whether an area is flowing at full capacity and using the process if it is not.
  • Manifestation and goal alignment
    • Applying the process to personal goals, relationships, finances, career and life direction.
  • Daily flow practices
    • Short daily exercises intended to help participants feel calmer, lighter and more “in flow”.
  • One-to-one mentoring
    • Individual sessions delivered online or in person with a practitioner.
  • Workshops
    • Introductory and practitioner training workshops, delivered both online and face to face.
