Your relationship with your breath

Very much enjoyed the session I had with John – an intensive 3 hour VIP session where we worked on a number of deep issues for me – details of which I will not post here! However, what I will say is John uses a unique combination of skills and experience to lead transformational healing on a deep level. You will connect with your energy in a way you haven’t previously done before and you will feel safe, supported and guided. Definitely recommend.

Your breath

You think you know how to breathe, you do however you my have some preconceived thought and ideas that you have picked up along the way. Sometimes you hear coaches of various modalities say metaphors about how to breath, some believe these metaphors to be anatomically true, this workshop will show you anatomically where and how your breathing works.

From this knowledge you can then breathe naturally. If you then want to do any of the various breathing exercises you will be doing them from a basis of grounded knowledge.

We go back to finishing off the body mapping work we started in the first week, this week we focus on your ribs, the muscles that move your ribs, the other parts of your body that contribute to your breathing.

There’ll be a few exercises to help you discover more about your breathing, how fear effects your breath.

As with each week I will work with each of you individually and a personal topic of your choice.
