John is extremely tuned in to your body’s energy and where there are sticking points that require freeing up. He makes you feel comfortable and able to trust him to help you relax into your body and accept in order to feel freedom within. I have had a couple of sessions, both with really profound improvements in the level of tension I was holding onto. Leaving me feeling much more in tune with my thoughts and emotions that are affecting my posture.
Putting it all together
The past four weeks we have very quickly worked through the four major relationships we have in our lives, where we use our beliefs and emotions to drive our lives. I’ve introduced you to the possibility of having a choice about absolutely everything. How we choose to do things, how to use things and how you manage your relationships with others.
This series has been about all this however fundamentally comes down to how much do you love yourself?
This week is a reprise of the previous weeks, with the goal to maintain your presence and awareness whilst in action. I will be working with you individually whilst the others observe, some find observing is just as powerful as working with me and you can see the transformation in others that you miss in yourself.
This week is student lead, I’ll answer their questions.
The topics I hopefully be lead to are: the space between stimulus and response, more body mapping, practicing being present, developing conscious constructive control of the self, energy work including chakras, meridians and the flux between yin and yang.
This final week is the start of the five week course again, I do hope you repeat the workshops several times, as you go deeper into your understanding you will discover there is more and more about you that you never really understood but thought you did. I discover more about myself each time i host these courses.
